Pet Agreement prior to check in. We also require a copy of their current rabies.

reservations@loonshaven.comRules and Regulations Waiver Sign the Rules and Regulation Waiver that was sent to you in your e-mail.
Camper InformationBe sure we have the correct length for your camper.
Vehicle InformationWe will need the Make, Model, and License Plate for each vehicle that comes in the campground.
Gate Access CardIf you would like a gate access card to enter the campground, one will be provided to you in your check-in packet.
Please indicate you would like a gate card when you elect for Online Check-in.
If the card is not returned at the end of your stay, a $60 charge will be place on the credit card on file.Remaining Balance Payment AuthorizationTo authorize the remaining balance of your reservation be paid with the credit card
on file, please reply back to the e-mail, or text 207-515-8054 authorizing the charge.
If you used other means of payment for your deposit, check, cash, or Paypal,
we will contact you to make arrangements for the remainder of your payment.
Once you have completed all the steps for Online Check-In, you will receive an e-mail or text message with further instructions.
